Diane is a governance and legal professional with over eleven years of experience in corporate, commercial, and conveyancing law. She is the Managing Partner of D.C. Rotich & Associates Advocates and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, as well as a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration, which complements her passion for institutional governance and social impact.

At Chalan Foundation, Diane serves on the Governing Council, where she applies her expertise in governance, compliance, policy, and legal structuring to strengthen the Foundation’s systems and ensure its programs operate with integrity and accountability. Her key skills include legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, strategic policy development, and institutional structuring.

Diane believes that compassion achieves its greatest impact when supported by structure, transparency, and good governance principles.This then guides her work in helping Chalan Foundation build sustainable change for children, women, and communities across Kenya.
